Protecting your privacy is important to us. Privacy is a matter of trust for us, so we take it very seriously. As a customer registrar, we are responsible for all personal information you provide. We only collect personal information when it is necessary. We need information for our business and use it only as regulated in the Privacy Policy. Please read this privacy statement carefully before handing over personal data to Trysil RMM Oy. The purpose of this privacy statement is to inform you that we, as a controller, comply with applicable data protection laws when processing information collected about you.

2 – PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING

Trysil RMM Oy collects, stores and uses personal data (the “Register”) in its capacity as registrar for the delivery and development of products and services, the management of customer relationships, marketing and information in accordance with this data protection statement.

Trysil RMM Oy collects personal data in order to develop customer relationships, gain new customers and send customized product information, offers and newsletters and other marketing materials to the recipient. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is either the agreement or the user’s express consent.

3 – SOURCE OF INFORMATION

Personal information can be collected through a variety of channels, such as contact forms, emails, telephone contacts, and face-to-face appointments.

4 – PERSONAL INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE REGISTER

Trysil RMM Oy may collect the following personal data for the register:

· The name of the person

· Email address

· Phone number

· Name of the company

· Business ID

· Contact details of a business

· Other customer related information (eg person’s title or role)

Trysil RMM Oy does not process any sensitive personal data.

5 – TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EU AND THE EEA

Trysil RMM Oy does not share the user’s personal data outside the EU and EEA, unless required by the authorities or the law. Trysil RMM Oy is solely responsible for the maintenance, processing and use of personal data.

6 – DATA STORAGE

Trysil RMM Oy retains the information collected for the time being for the purposes stated in this data protection statement. Personal data entered in the register can be updated on request and transferred to the archive or deleted if necessary.

7 – RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Everyone on the register has the right at any time under the EU Data Protection Regulation to:

· Obtain information on the processing of personal data

· Gain access to their own personal data and verify their personal data stored in the register

· Require the correction of inaccurate or incorrect personal data and the completion of incomplete personal data

· Request the deletion of personal data (“right to be forgotten”)

· Withdraw as consent and object to the processing of his or her personal data in so far as the processing of personal data is based on the given consent to object to the processing of personal data on the basis of a specific personal situation in so far as the processing of personal data is justified

Requests for rights must be sent in writing or by e-mail to the controller. The controller will respond to the request within the time limit set by the EU Data Protection Regulation (generally within one month).
